This popular salami is made using an age-old recipe that is guaranteed to have you going back for seconds.

Made using a medium ground blend of Australian pork and beef and seasoned with paprika and garlic. It is then cold wood smoked in our traditional smokehouse, air dried and aged to maturity.

Cook's notes

Perfect for a charcuterie board, sandwich and a staple to have on hand in the fridge.  It makes a great addition to tomato based pasta sauce, pizza, crispy fried as a crumb for salads, potato salad, casserole or added to mash potato.
