Transport yourself to the cobblestoned streets of Eastern Europe this lunch time. This gourmet Skara sandwich is filled with the thinly sliced salami made to an age old Hungarian recipe.
Ingredients
1 Turkish roll, buttered
6 slices Skara Hungarian Salami
¼ cup sauerkraut, shredded in a jar
4 cos lettuce leaves
¼ cup tasty cheese, grated
1 tbsp aioli
Method
- Drain sauerkraut to remove excess moisture.
- Open Turkish roll and spread top half with aioli. Line with salami, sauerkraut, cheese and lettuce.
