  • 1 packet Skara Dry Cured Bacon

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, sliced

  • 2 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Prep time: 5 Minutes
  • Cooking time: 10 Minutes
  • Serves: 2


  1. Lightly fry bacon over medium high heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside to drain on paper towel.
  2. Meanwhile, crack eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly and add to the bacon pan. Cook on low for around 5 minutes until cooked through, stirring frequently to scramble.
  3. Top toasted sourdough with bacon and scrambled eggs. Garnish with chives and season to taste with salt and pepper.
