Salty, sweet and savoury! This combination of pizza toppings is a little fancy & are a match made in heaven! Rich in flavour, Skara’s delicious Flat Pancetta recipe is made with hand cured belly bacon and originates from Croatia.
Ingredients
4 mini pita bread (or mini pizza bases)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ pear, thinly sliced
½ small wheel camembert cheese, thinly sliced
1 packet Skara Wood Smoked Flat Pancetta
1-2 tbsp fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
- Place pita on lined baking trays and brush with olive oil. Top with pear, cheese, pancetta pieces and rosemary.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until pancetta is cooked and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
