A simple and festive way to serve finger food at your next Christmas drinks party. The skewers can be made the night before and arranged into a striking Christmas wreath in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 x 100g Skara Smallgoods Mediterranean Prosciutto

  • 100g Skara Smallgoods Pork & Roasted Fennel Salami

  • 2 x 220g tubs bambini mozzarella

  • 1 bunch basil

  • 2 x punnets cherry tomatoes

  • 230g Sicilian pitted olives

  • 26 sprigs rosemary (optional)

Method

  1. To assemble skewers, place a cherry tomato, basil leaf, cherry bocconcini, a folded salami or prosciutto slice and an olive on each skewer to make 26 skewers. Refrigerate skewers until required.

    To serve, place skewers on a serving platter with the knots on the outside in the shape of a wreath. Place sprigs of rosemary between each skewer, trimming sprigs to fit and placing trimmings in the centre to form a star. Serve immediately.
