  • 50g Adelaide Hills Fine Foods Wood Smoked Roasted Bacon

  • Camembert cheese (whole)

  • Olive oil

  • 1 clove crushed garlic

  • Thyme, to serve

  • Serve with blue cheese wedges, sliced apple, red grapes and scatter walnuts, crackers and edible flowers

  1. Finely chop 50g Adelaide Hills Fine Foods Roasted Bacon and cook in a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and 1 clove crushed garlic over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  2. Carefully slice the top off a firm camembert and place in a small ceramic serving dish. Cook in microwave on High, at 20 second intervals, until centre softens and becomes fondue like.
  3. Carefully place camembert on a platter, top with bacon mixture and sprinkle over thyme.
