The blend of pork, beef, paprika and garlic makes this flavousome salami perfect for a charcuterie board, sandwich or to keep in the fridge for a snack. It makes a great addition to a tomato based pasta sauce, added to pizza and is delicious crispy fried to sprinkle over a potato salad.
