A little extra heat makes this popular salami the perfect choice for chilli lovers. Crafted using a traditional, time-honoured recipe, it’s packed with flavour that will keep you coming back for more.
Made from a medium-ground blend of premium Australian pork and beef, this salami is seasoned with paprika, garlic, and chilli spice. It is then cold wood smoked in our traditional smokehouse before being air dried and aged to maturity.
