Skara Smallgoods are extremely proud to share our recent achievements on the global stage at the 2025 DFV Quality International Competition in Frankfurt, hosted as part of IFFA, the world’s leading and biggest trade fair for the meat industry.

Every product entered was awarded for its excellence in craftsmanship and our Prosciutto shone with Platinum status, the highest medal achievement in the competition.

To qualify for entry at this prestigious international award, all products entered needed to have first qualified with a Gold Award, which is a national benchmark hosted by the Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) at the Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards.
