  • 1 packet Skara Croatian Salami
  • 1 large Vienna loaf
  • 1 cup tasty cheese
  • 100g butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚
  2. Slice across top of loaf every few centimetres, without cutting all the way through.
  3. Spread butter into each slice and sandwich with salami.
  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly into each slice, before sprinkling across entire loaf.
  5. Place loaf on a lined baking tray and cook for around 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted.
  6. Serve hot.
