Ingredients
- 6 slices Skara Wood Smoked Mediterranean Prosciutto, sliced in half
- 12 fresh asparagus spears, woody ends removed
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
- Wrap prosciutto diagonally down each asparagus spear, starting from just below the head.
- Place wrapped stalks on lined baking tray, then drizzle with maple syrup.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until prosciutto begins to crisp.
