Ingredients
- 4 mini pita bread (or mini pizza bases)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ pear, thinly sliced
- ½ small wheel camembert cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 packet Skara Wood Smoked Pancetta
- 1-2 tbsp fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
- Place pita on lined baking trays and brush with olive oil. Top with pear, cheese, pancetta pieces and rosemary.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until pancetta is cooked and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
