Ingredients
- 1 packet Skara Smoked Chorizo Sausage
- 1 Green capsicum
- 250g Halloumi Cheese
- Wooden skewers
Method
- Soak wooden skewers in cold water for half an hour to prevent burning.
- Slice chorizo into 1.5 cm thick slices.
- Cut capsicum and halloumi cheese into cubes.
- Thread chorizo, then halloumi, then capsicum and repeat, leaving space at each end of skewer.
- Fry off in fry pan, turning for even colour, or place in grill for 15 minutes and turn accordingly. Serve immediately.
