Ingredients
- 6 slices Skara Lachschinken
- 2 slices bruschetta bread, lightly toasted
- 50g cream cheese
- ½ avocado
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ⅛ red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- Pinch black pepper
Method
- Mash together the avocado, cream cheese and lime juice then smooth a dollop or two across the top of each slice of bread.
- Next, fold three slices of Lachschinken on top of each piece and layer with red onion and spring onion.
- Garnish with black pepper.
Note: For bite size appetisers, use crostini bread and top with one slice of Lachschinken
