Ingredients
- 1 Skara Chorizo sausage, sliced
- 400g chopped tomatoes or passata
- 150ml cream
- 2 stalks kale, roughly chopped
- 1 bunch fresh sage, chopped or whole leaves
- 200g penne pasta
- olive oil
Method
- Boil a large pot of water on high and cook pasta according to packet directions.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chorizo until lightly browned both sides.
- Next, add the passata, cream, kale, and sage. Mix well and reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
- Ladle over freshly cooked penne and serve immediately.
