Ingredients
- 1 packet Skara Mediterranean Chilli Salami, sliced into strips
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 250 g fettuccine
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Method
- Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions, until just tender.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a large frypan over medium heat. Add salami and garlic and fry gently for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Drain pasta and add to pan along with fresh parsley. Stir and toss until evenly mixed.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
